HMMMMM

I was behind a man this morning and his driving was less then safe. He was over in the dirt then over in the turning lane. His driving was scary. But I didnt know who to call. I thought of 911 but is this an emergence. It would be if someone gets killed or hurt. So i did nothing. But that wont happen again. I am putting dispatch number in my cell phone and will make sure i turn it in. I hate the feeling in my gut saying i should of done more. But there was nothing i could do. I guess i should of got his license number and called sheriff right now. But i didnt. I stayed way back. :(
